Inflatable Archway Helps the MS Society Raise Funds & Awareness
Multiple Sclerosis Society Uses Inflatable Archway in Two Annual Events
Every year, the MS Society of Mid-Florida hosts two events: Bike MS and Walk MS. As successful as these races have been, the Society felt they needed a way to hype up the crowds, participants and sponsors. With a bit of help from Landmark Creations, they did just that!
According to Heather Carelli, Development Coordinator, "Bike MS is our largest event. It is a fully supported two-day ride where participants can choose between a 50-, 75- or 100-mile route connecting them to thousands of racers who are riding with the same passion: to end multiple sclerosis."
But that's not all. In addition to Bike MS, this chapter also hosts Walk MS. "Walk MS is a simple, but incredibly powerful way for individuals and families to share in the hope for the future. So far in 2012, the Mid-Florida chapter has organized eight MS Walk events throughout the mid-Florida region."
Now, at every race this chapter hosts, you'll find an inflatable archway. Fully branded and offering plenty of room for sponsor banners, this bright orange inflatable arch clearly marks the start and finish lines of the event. When looped courses are used, it only takes one arch to handle both duties.
Thanks to its easy inflation and deflation, and the fact that it packs, ships or stores with ease, the Society can make quick work of moving the arch from place to place.
Why Landmark? It just so happens that another MS chapter purchased an inflatable archway from us and referred Heather. We were happy to add her to the ever-growing list of nonprofits we build custom arches for every year.
