Sales Assistant and Customer Service
As one of the first touch-points for our clients, our customer service team is critical to the success of our organization.
Duties include:
- Greet onsite guests
- Answer phones
- Process inbound marketing leads
- Customer service & sales enablement support
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Various office/admin duties
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate spreadsheet/database experience
- Strong organizational skills
