As one of the first touch-points for our clients, our customer service team is critical to the success of our organization.

Duties include:

Greet onsite guests
Answer phones
Process inbound marketing leads
Customer service & sales enablement support
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Various office/admin duties

Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate spreadsheet/database experience
Strong organizational skills
