The NY MS Society Creates Excitement at Events with an Inflatable Arch

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a debilitating disease that strikes countless people across our country every year. With the help of the National MS Society, patients can find all manner of help to keep moving forward with their lives.

This year, the well-known Walk MS and Bike MS events will get a boost in exposure on the local level. The NYC chapter of the MS Society will sport a brand new inflatable arch at these two races. Jenny You, Development Coordinator of Mass Marketing Events, recalls, "Our chapter wanted to heighten the positive energy at Walk MS and Bike MS. Our participants love to see the bright orange start line in the early morning and to be welcomed back to our finish line festival in the same way. The inflatable archway looks great in our event photos, too."

Thanks to referrals from sister MS chapters as well as other nonprofit organizations, the NYC MS folks were comfortable working with Landmark Creations. They got to see firsthand how we're able to offer more than just branded arches… we also provide a way for the inflatable to pay for itself. Custom sponsor banners can be created and sold to raise funds. These banners attach via Velcro on the inflatable arch for easy use.

"Walk MS is our rallying point. A time to stand together, be together and move together toward a world free of MS. Our goal this year is to raise $3 million to fund critical research. We also want to provide programs and services for more than 70,000 people whose lives are impacted by multiple sclerosis in the five boroughs: Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Sullivan counties."
