Rider University's Inflatable Cranberry Costume Engages Crowds at School Events

Inflatable Cranberry Costume for Rider UniversityNew Cranberry King Sweetens Rider University

Cranberries and college may not seem to have a natural affinity at first glance. However, Rider University has a long historical connection with this fruit.

Andrew J. Rider introduced the cranberry to the Queen of England who then dubbed him "Cranberry King of New Jersey." In addition, school colors are cranberry and white.

When the need arose to create more school spirit, Rider University chose Landmark because of the affordable options and quick turnaround we could offer.

The result was a cute little inflatable costume shaped like - what else? - a cranberry. Donning his crown, the Cranberry King greets everyone with a quirky smile and a handshake.  Because inflatable mascot costumes allow for interaction with the crowd, the Cranberry King can walk, wave, shake hands and more.

Hugh Tsung of Rider University gives this report, "We have used the Cranberry at our inaugural annual event - Cranberry Fest - and plan to use it again at other upcoming school-spirit events."

The inflatable costume of this naturally tart fruit engages students and faculty everywhere it goes, boosting school spirit with its charming personality.  And that can only be described one way:  sweet!
